Job Summary:

Niftel Communication is looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Lucknow as Customer Support Executives for our Chat Process. The role is suited for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience in customer support, who have a passion for resolving customer queries in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain customer interaction records and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support.
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution time.
• Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide accurate assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in a customer support role (chat process experience preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing excellent service.
