Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Executive will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:** Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

- **SEO and SEM:** Optimize content and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to increase website traffic and improve search rankings.

- **Content Creation:** Create engaging and high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

- **Analytics and Reporting:** Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

- **Email Marketing:** Manage email marketing campaigns, including design, content, and performance analysis.

- **Social Media Management:** Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Oversee all company social media accounts and manage regular posts.

- **PPC Advertising:** Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns through platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels.

- **Market Research:** Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

- **Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Work closely with designers and developers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

- **Stay Updated:** Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

#### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar role.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

#### Preferred Skills:

- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
