Job Summary: • TesMus Eduserve Private Limited is seeking motivated and results driven Inside Sales Managers to join our team in Lucknow. • Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, cold-calling prospective customers, and converting them into paying customers. • This is an Inside Sales Manager profile, where you will be expected to communicate with customers over the phone, email, and other digital platforms. Responsibilities: • Responsible for discovering/Connecting/Pitching/Onboarding Coaching Institutions. • Come up with out-of-the-box strategies to engage with Potential Coaching Institutions using various channels in a cost-effective manner. • Help Coaching Institutions understand and imagine the possibilities and potential that our products provide to them. • Be proficient in conducting demos and resolving any potential queries that the customers might have. • Maintain a high level of customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system • Work closely with the other Inside Sales Managers and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals. Desired Skill Set: • Strong knowledge of business development using social media channels. • Out-of-the-box thinker with the potential to achieve a high lead-to conversion ratio. • Basic knowledge of various competitive exams. • Knowledge of lead generation. • Ability to learn fast how to use ERP and other tools. • Strong English / Hindi communication skills. • High level of Convincing Skills. • High level of Persuasive skills.
