Job Description

As a Performance Marketer with Jcurve Business Solutions, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue for our clients through paid media campaigns, strategic planning, and performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategies:
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
  • Design and manage A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.


  • Campaign Management:
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for scalability while focusing on maximizing ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal distribution of spend across channels and campaign objectives.
  • Capability to integrate Meta Conversion API with CRM and Website. 


  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, ROAS, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommend optimizations to improve client outcomes.


  • SEO & SEM Optimization:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth, ensuring campaigns align with SEO best practices.
  • Leverage SEM techniques to boost search visibility and increase conversions through targeted keyword strategies.


  • Audience Targeting and Retargeting:
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies for effective ad targeting.
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to increase conversions, improve customer lifetime value, and lower acquisition costs.


  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with the sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.


  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, and continuously improve campaigns by adopting innovative strategies.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing paid search, social media, and display ad campaigns with measurable results.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical Mindset:
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to develop creative and impactful ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and campaign optimization.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present ideas, reports, and findings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
