Job Description

Must be very skilled at finding talented individuals to meet the company's needs.
Be active on social media forums, attend career fairs, and make cold calls.
Must have knowledge of interview techniques and be good at reading people.
Must also be able to perform the hiring process which may include collecting and filing paperwork, salary negotiations, and providing new employee orientation assistance.
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
