Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the client to understand brand objectives, target audience, and overall marketing goals.
• Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure content relevance.

2. Content Calendar Management:

• Create and maintain a content calendar outlining the publishing schedule across different social media channels.
• Coordinate with client to ensure content aligns with key events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor content performance and adjust the calendar as needed for optimal engagement.

3. Content Creation and Curation:

• Generate creative ideas for social media content that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, video editors and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Curate relevant and shareable content from industry influencers and user-generated content.
• Write high quality ad copies, captions, hashtags, video scripts, website related content and for other marketing collaterals as and when required.

4. Platform Management:

• Stay informed about the latest features and updates on major social media platforms.
• Tailor content for specific platforms, considering each platform's unique audience and content requirements.
• Monitor social media channels, analytics, and engagement with the online community.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
