Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow

Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers (both freshers and experienced) to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, providing information about products/services, generating leads, and handling customer inquiries. Telecallers will be expected to meet targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Provide information about our products and services.
• Answer customer queries and assist them with their needs.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.
