Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Tailoring: Stitch a variety of women’s garments, including traditional and Indo-Western outfits like suits, blouses, kurtis, and dresses, based on customer-provided measurements.

• Fabric Handling: Work with both customer-provided fabrics and boutique-supplied materials.

• Pattern Cutting: Draft patterns and ensure accurate cutting of fabrics to match specific measurements and design requirements.

• Fittings & Adjustments: Make alterations and adjustments to garments to achieve a perfect fit as per customer instructions.

• Detailing: Add embellishments such as embroidery, piping, buttons, and other design details as required.

• Time Management: Ensure timely completion and delivery of orders to meet client deadlines.

• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship in all pieces, checking for consistency, durability, and precision in stitching.
