Salary- 35000 to 55,000 per month (Can be Negotiable for the suitable person)

Experience: 08 to 14 years

Job Description:

To take responsibility for the complete sales and operations of the clinic such as clinic therapies, infrastructure machines especially lasers, stocks, cash, and service standards.

Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.

Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.

Ensure that all policies and procedures function by the laws.

To be responsible for counseling the visitors about therapies, laser treatments, hair transplants, or other treatments as needed or as suggested by doctors. He/ she should have knowledge of skin and lasers, common therapies like peels, facials, lasers (Laser hair reduction, tattoo removal) & hair transplants.

Coordinate the training of new staff members

Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks, as needed

Plan and manage the clinic's budget.

Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet their professional goals

Responsible for managing the consumable/ medicine stock & giving the monthly stock requirement on time.

Responsible for sending the weekly/monthly/quarterly & yearly PPT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
