Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing
- Use various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Job Posting and Advertising
- Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and the company’s website.
- Promote job openings on social media and other relevant platforms.
- Screening and Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews via phone, video, or in person.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates are prepared and informed about the interview process.
- Candidate Evaluation
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on evaluation and feedback.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations for talent acquisition.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring progress.
- Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source.
- Onboarding Support
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in preparing employment offers and managing negotiations.
- Market Research and Benchmarking
- Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment, hiring practices, and industry salary benchmarks.
- Provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Compliance and Policies
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with legal standards and company policies.
- Follow best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) during the hiring process.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
