Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing

  • Use various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  1. Job Posting and Advertising

  • Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and the company’s website.
  • Promote job openings on social media and other relevant platforms.
  1. Screening and Shortlisting

  • Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews via phone, video, or in person.
  1. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure candidates are prepared and informed about the interview process.
  1. Candidate Evaluation

  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on evaluation and feedback.
  1. Relationship Management

  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations for talent acquisition.
  1. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source.
  1. Onboarding Support

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in preparing employment offers and managing negotiations.
  1. Market Research and Benchmarking

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment, hiring practices, and industry salary benchmarks.
  • Provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  1. Compliance and Policies
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with legal standards and company policies.
  • Follow best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) during the hiring process.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
