Job Title: Washing Machine Repair Technician

Experience: Minimum 3 to 10 years as Washing Machine service & repair technician

Location: Ludhiana Punjab

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for Washing Machine Repair Technician for repair and services at SONY ENTERPRISES APPLICARE.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an experienced Washing Machine Technician or similar role
• Analyze the details of customer complaint registered at customer care or installation schedule
• Visit the customer premises as per the scheduled date and time for service as per the requirement
• Suggest possible solutions with the time required, costs involved
• Familiarity with Semi, Auto, Top & Front Load and inverter type
• Expert in all types of washing machines

Skills:

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Work Environment:

• Work may involve exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
