Job Description
- Open the main kitchen sharply @ 8 a.m.
- Give the necessary items for making biryani when giving the products weigh them before giving.
- Turn on the water motor before 9 a.m.
- Open the shop main shutter by 9:30 a.m.
- The chicken & meat items should be arrived before 10 a.m. if it’s getting too late, kindly call the vendor.
- When the chicken vendor arrives, kindly weigh the chicken & meat in front of the vendor & update the received meat in the chicken whats app group.
- When weighing, kindly check the quality of the meat and also check the weight of each biriyani cut on a regular basis. If the quality is poor, kindly return the product.
- When giving eggs for boiling, the ideal ratio is 8 eggs for 1 kg of biryani. You can give eggs as per the biryani making on a daily basis, in case there is shortage of eggs informed by the parcel section if valid reasons are given ask the assistant to boil some extra eggs.
- The vegetables should arrive at 10:30 a.m. or else call the vendor if the vegetables arrive kindly cross check the ordered and received vegetables and update in whatsapp group.
- The kitchen staff will arrive at the store by 11 a.m kindly give the items written in the DC book. Before handing over, ask the kitchen staff for the purpose of the products taken.
- Kindly check the daily dairy needs such as curd, milk, butter, paneer, etc. close and lock the freezer when not in use to prevent mismatch of the stocks.
- Close the store by 1pm Sundays and festival days are exempt only to take biryani making raw materials and if there is any purchase or delivery to be done, kindly complete the work in the middle hours.
- If there is any shortage in products on the store kindly inform the cashier or the owner to refill the products.
- Kitchen item consumption and oil consumption should be regulated and check them regularly to avoid mishandling and wastage of products.
- The store incharge should be the substitute cashier between the time 4-6 p.m. in that time he should be billing the orders when any guest arrives.
- In the meantime update the previous day store sales in vyapar app.
- Update the received items column live kitchen excel.
- In the evening the store opens at 5 pm. If the kitchen staff ask for any product kindly give them and update them in the store note and close the store by 6 pm.
- Before the duty is over send the photo pic of the current day store sales and send the chicken and meat stock in the respective whatsapp group.
- Every month there will be 2 leaves for the store keeper. The leave should be informed beforehand to either cashier or the owner any uninformed leave or more then 2 leaves will result in LOP (Loss of pay).
- If the store keeper takes a leave that day’s work should be done when he joins the duty next day such as Vyabar app entry, excel entry, Etc.
- The store keeper should check the weekly chicken bills and any other grocery bills. If there are any mistakes in the bills, the store keeper should inform the cashier or the owner for correction.
- Once the bills have been checked, send a message saying that the bills have been checked in the corresponding whatsapp group.
