Title :- Unit Sales Manager- Health Agency

Job Responsibilities: -

📍Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies

📍Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents

📍Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped

📍Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents

📍Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them

📍Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries

📍Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.

🔺Type of position: Full Time
