Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the production of Kashmir Willow cricket bats and other soft leather products.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives. Implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and optimize storage space.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have relevant experience in a cricket bat manufacturing unit.
