Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
About the role: Grow Distribution and market share in the assigned area of operation. Identify and recruit the sales team (B2B & B2C) to align and drive business in the market.
About the Team : Our team is primarily involved in the offline distribution of a host of
products including FASTag, Insurance, POS devices (EDC/Soundbox/QR) and several other financial instruments across different channels.
Expectations/ Requirements
· Grow Distribution and market share in the assigned area of operation.
· Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
· Skilled in coaching and mentoring , a quick learner who grasps and puts into
application new learned ideas and concepts.
· Formulate and launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up the competition.
· Ability to understand the data so as to gather the right information and plan the
execution accordingly.
· Analyse the data and identify the improvement areas, substantiate through market
visits to identify the priority spots in order to perform in.
· Plan the market size, span and geographies for ASM, TL, and FSEs.
· Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans / target to the
team so as to minimize the expectation vs deliverables.
· Monitor the quality parameters as suggested by the management
· Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisition and sales done by the team.
Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly.
· Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively
throughout their specified area
· Present finding to management via excel reports, presentation etc.
· Candidates from FASTag background, Telecom, FinTech, Insurance, FMCG
and Banking would be good for us.

· Experience in cross selling of products & the ability to understand/adapt to different
product requirements

· Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
· Should be comfortable working across cross-functional teams/functions
· Should be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous
