Job responsibilities :

2. Provide accurate information about products or services.

3. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.

4. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.

5. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.

6. Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

7. Achieve individual and team targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.

Skills and Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade or graduate.

• Communication: Excellent written communication skills.

• Typing Speed: 25+ words per minute.

• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

• Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.

• Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Salary:

• Ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 (depending on experience and company policies).
