Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their immigration inquiries.
Provide detailed information about immigration programs, visa categories, and application processes based on the client's profile.
Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs through preliminary evaluations.
Guide clients on required documentation and ensure they understand the application procedures.
Follow up with prospective clients to answer additional questions and provide updates on their case status.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and case progress tracking.
