Key Responsibilities:

1.    Financial Planning and Analysis:

·      Develop financial strategies and models to meet organizational goals.

·      Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

·      Monitor and analyze financial performance against benchmarks.

2.    Accounting Operations:

·      Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

·      Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·      Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

3.    Taxation and Compliance:

·      Handle statutory audits, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations.

·      Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.

4.    Cash Flow and Treasury Management:

·      Monitor cash inflows and outflows to maintain optimal liquidity.

·      Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

5.    Cost Control and Budget Management:

·      Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient practices.

·      Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and financial goals.

6.    Team Leadership:

·      Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

·      Foster a collaborative environment for team development.
