Job for
*Back Office ADMIN* Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare Purchase / Sales / Payment / Receipts / Challans
• Manage Petty Cash, and Payments to vendors
• Maintain Stock Register both online and offiline
• Prepare Monthly Outstanding and Payment Reminders
• Coordination and Communications with Parties by email and calling
• Daily Attendance
• Banking - deposits and transfers
• Record all types of Inward and Outward Entries
• Follow up on Deliveries with Transport agency, goods returns and payments with customer
• Assist accountant in documentation and filing
• Handling all telephone inquiries - payments, dispatch, updates, deliveries, returns
• Creating historical records by Scanning Documents.
• Maintaining vendor/supplier
• Expense report
