Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Barista ensures the cleanliness of the café, handles transactions, and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage-making equipment.

• Greet customers in a friendly manner, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.

• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including beverage customization options, and upsell when appropriate.

• Ensure the cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, and notify management when restocking is needed.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and busy periods.
