Job Description

We're a commercial bakery in Mumbai looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth, particularly in the areas of snack boxes and corporate gifting.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Schedule meetings and presentations to convert leads into sales
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment after confirmation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or business development (a plus in the food and beverage industry)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
