Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Diploma/Graduate, or equivalent.
• Good Communication Skills, Active Listening and Patience.
• Being able to listen attentively, convey information clearly, and use positive language.
• Being able to think critically, identify issues quickly, and provide effective solutions.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Experience working with customer support.
