Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing all reservations and big events bookings
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
* Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service/food etc.
* Providing customers with information about menus, group bookings etc.
* Creating end of day reports
* Following up complicated customer calls where required.
* Managing all complaints (via Google, DMs, calls, emails).
* Reaching regular KPIs and maintaining service standards.
* Recording details of comments, enquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
* Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with managers.
