Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the website portal (Shopify) - you will get trained for this

2. Making changes to orders as per customer inputs

3. Providing customer support

4. Facilitating returns & exchanges

5. Handling customer grievances & providing them with resolutions

6. Updating Excel sheets for data entry and other tasks related to MS Office & Excel

7. Making review calls to customers and getting feedback to improve company products and services

Note 1 - First 2 months will be probation period.

Note 2 - If you are good at job, and have good sales skills along with customer support - you will be incentivised with commission % on sales.
