We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equity Dealer to join our team, dedicated to managing and executing trades for our Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) client base.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the equity markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with UHNI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Execution: Execute equity trades for UHNI clients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring best execution practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Portfolio Management Support: Work closely with portfolio managers to implement trading strategies that align with the clients' investment goals and risk tolerance.
• Market Analysis: Monitor global financial markets, analyze market trends, and provide insights to the wealth management team and clients.
• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with UHNI clients to understand their investment needs, provide updates on market conditions, and offer tailored investment solutions.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all trading activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed trade reports, performance analysis, and market commentary for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with UHNI clients, providing exceptional service and investment advice.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced trading platforms and tools to enhance trading efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in equity trading, preferably dealing with UHNI clients.
