REQUIREMENTS

·       Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role

·       Fluent in English & Hindi

·       Knowledge of using a smartphone and basic computer skills

·       Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

·       Fast learner and passion for sales

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

·       Good presentation skills

·       Basic analytical skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Use various sales methods (store visits, cold calling, presentations) to generate sales

·       Understand the needs of your business customers and suggest products / solutions

·       Research the market and competitive products

·       Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

·       Cold calling to arrange meetings with prospective customers for new business

·       New store activations Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries

·       Training of customers (store managers) regarding the product benefits, mechanism and features

·       Gather market and customer information

·       Ensuring adequate stock levels with customers at all times

·       Cross selling & Up selling

·       Timely and accurate reporting

·       Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues

·       Ensure and constantly improve client experience

·       Take and implement weekly feedback from customers to the sales team & management

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Any graduate and/or post-graduate with relevant field sales experience of 2 - 5 years in the B2B/B2C segment. Candidates from the pet industry and FMCG industry will be preferred.

SALARY

Basic salary (a guaranteed amount, regardless of sales made) + monthly incentive based on achievement of targets. Basic Salary is ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 35,000 per month.

WORKING HOURS

DURATION:

11:00 AM 8:00 PM (the sales representative should be at the first store at 11:00 AM)

DAYS: Monday to Saturday

HOLIDAYS: Sunday + Public Holiday

ALLOWANCES

·       Re-imbursement of travel expenses

·       Re-imbursement of fuel in case of personal transport vehicle
