# HR Junior
## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Junior to join our dynamic team. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, client interaction, and recruitment support.
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain specific company accounts
- Conduct weekly visits to client offices
- Draft professional emails and correspondence
- Post job openings on various job boards and manage applications
## Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in using job boards and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
