Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into revenue through phone calls, emails, and online communication. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products or services. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and qualify potential leads.

Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers and provide product information.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.

Use sales techniques to persuade prospects and close deals.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends.

Collaborate with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.
