Job Description

CTC - 15,000- 27,000 per month

Working Day - 6 days ( 1 rotational off)

Shift Timings - 9 hours shift (shifts start from 8.00 am/ 10.00 am/ 11.00 am),

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.

• Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation.

• Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.

• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value, Convincing Power

• Understand caller’s conditions and empathize helping them with appointments.

• Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.
