As a Field Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in hiring blue-collar workers for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to visit various warehouses and recruit suitable candidates to fulfill manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client warehouses to identify manpower needs and recruit blue-collar workers accordingly.
• Source and attract candidates through various recruitment methods (site visits, referrals, networking).
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, particularly in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates in the logistics and hiring space.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers and HR teams to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Experience or connections within the logistics field, particularly in recruitment, is highly preferred.
