JD :

Strong English communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).

An ability to demonstrate a focus on attention to detail and high-quality results.

Knowledge of ServiceNow & Jira ticketing system

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and concepts.

Experience on Cisco Catalyst & Data center switches, routers and firewalls, hands-on Cisco IOS and NX-OS network operating systems and knowledge on

routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF and BGP

Hands on experience on PaloAlto Firewall and Panorama Firewall Management

Cisco CCNA, CCNP or higher-level certification

Candidate should be willing to work in 24X7 rotational shifts.
