Salary : Fresher/Experienced - 15000 to 32000 pm

Shift : 10.30 am to 7.30pm. (Pure day shift)

Gender : Female will be preferable.

Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Furnistaa. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers in our Home Furnishing Fabric Retail Showroom.

Job Description:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on fabric selection & design trends

• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales

• Utilize persuasive selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell products

• Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing

  •Assist Sr Sales Team in various sales activities

• Process transactions accurately using inhouse store ERP

Preferred candidate profile :

•Well-groomed, Confident, Presentable, Sincere, Punctual &

Honest, Well behaved.

•Proficient in English and Hindi language

•Convincing skills, Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing or textile industry.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Knowledge of interior design principles and fabric characteristics is a plus.

Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with word / excel / power point
