We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inbound Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team. As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, promoting our products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.


Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in inbound sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. This role requires a strategic approach to engaging with potential customers and converting leads into successful sales.


Responsibilities


  • Handle Incoming Sales Inquiries: Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and the Social platforms.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential value and fit with our product offerings.
  • Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the specific requirements and challenges of prospective clients.
  • Present Products and Services: Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and Close Sales: Negotiate terms and close sales deals that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth sales processes.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend Events: Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build industry connections and promote our products and services.
  • Report and Forecast: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities.


Qualifications

Proven experience in inbound sales or a relevant role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in computer usage and CRM software.

Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.

Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Able to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
