Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location:Ghatkopar

Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in

the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and

selling residential and commercial properties, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales

targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects by building and maintaining

strong client relationships.

- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, investors, and new sales opportunities.

- Lead property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

- Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients to ensure regular follow-ups.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

- Provide clients with detailed information about properties, pricing, and any additional features

or benefits.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and sales campaigns.

- Attend real estate events, expos, and open houses to network and build potential leads.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

- Assist clients through the entire sales process, from property inquiries to after-sales services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including property laws, trends, and market

dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently.

- High level of initiative and proactive approach to securing new business.

- Proficient in using CRM software and real estate sales tools.
