**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Overview:**

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to promote our products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will utilize your expertise in digital marketing techniques, analytics, and creativity to achieve marketing objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Campaign Development:** Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns in alignment with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.

2. **Content Creation:** Create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms including websites, social media channels, email newsletters, and blogs to attract and engage target audiences.

3. **Social Media Management:** Manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. by developing strategies, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.

4. **SEO & SEM:** Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs). Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google AdWords, to drive traffic and conversions.

5. **Email Marketing:** Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.

6. **Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.

7. **Digital Advertising:** Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. to reach target audiences and generate leads or sales.

8. **Marketing Automation:** Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency in campaign execution and lead nurturing.

9. **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative/design to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and messaging.

**Qualifications:**

-12th pass or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
