Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients to discuss our loan and insurance products, providing information, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan and insurance products.
• Provide accurate information about loan types, insurance policies, interest rates, and terms.
• Assist clients in completing applications and gathering required documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and track progress to ensure successful conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 12th pass.
• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in loans and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
