As discussed, I am attaching the JD of Telesales Executive. Besides, please note the below pointers while connecting with the candidates.

• They will be working in two shifts which would be rotational i.e. 9am to 6pm and 12pm to 9pm.
• They will get one rotational week off.
• Salary - 20k Fixed (3600/- PF deduction and 16k will be in-hand). Joining Bonus of 5k after completion of 1 month.
• We need at least 3 months of experience in telecalling/sales. If fresher then he/she should be smart.
• This will be target based.
• They are eligible to get upto 60k incentives per month based on their performance.
• Interview Mode - Online and Offline both (Timing 12pm to 6pm)
• Qualification - 10th pass with experience else, 12th pass
