Job Description:We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our sales team at USDC Global. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:Contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Explain product offerings and services to prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Provide timely feedback to the management regarding customer needs and market conditions.

Handle customer objections, offer solutions, and close deals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:Education: Graduate from any stream.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, Andheri East.

Experience: Freshers are welcome, prior telesales or sales experience will be an added advantage.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
