We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai and contribute to our growth journey.
Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Executive at Thynk Cloud, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, and driving revenue growth. Your role will focus on building strong customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and pitch our solutions accordingly.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage sales pipelines using Zoho CRM.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and close deals efficiently.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, prospects, and pipeline health to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho CRM.
• Ability to research and prospect potential clients effectively.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in cold calling and B2B sales.
• Knowledge of cloud technology or IT solutions (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Social selling and LinkedIn outreach expertise.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or similar roles.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
