**Job Description**:


TQS Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a leading logistics company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate for the position of Zonal Business Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our Express and Full Truck Load (FTL) business operations in the Bangalore region.


**Key Responsibilities**:


- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for Express and FTL segments in Bangalore.

- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify and onboard new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

- Ensure efficient operations, compliance, and timely deliveries.

- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.

- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.


**Qualifications**:


- Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on Express and FTL business.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in industry-specific software and technologies.

- Familiarity with the Bangalore logistics market.

- Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
