Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.

3. Provide product or service information to customers.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

5. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or other teams as needed.

6. Document customer interactions in our CRM system.

7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.

8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

10. Participate in training and coaching to improve skills and performance.
