Job Description

Company: JM Financial Services

Process: Outbound Demat Account Opening Voice Process (BlinkX by JM Financial Application)

Role Responsibilities:Acquiring digital clients for Demat accounts using LMS on provided leads.
Assisting clients in downloading the mobile application and completing the KYC process.
Desired Candidate Profile:Sales-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of stock markets, including Demat accounts, Nifty, etc.

Location-Thane

Language Skills: Good to average English, conversational skills in Hindi and English.
Qualifications: HSC or Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of outbound telesales experience (Banking, Insurance, Trading, etc.).
Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday is mandatory working day).
Shift: 9 AM to 7 PM (Fixed 9-hour shift).
Age Criteria: 20–30 years.
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 net (depending on experience and interview performance) + incentives (₹3,000–₹70,000).
