Job Description

● To meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as agreed with the Director of Sales ● To perform daily sales calls as per the plan and targets signed off with the Director of Sales ● Implement effective sales strategies ● Negotiate and close agreements with customers ● Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements ● Help prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts ● Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities ● Support Business Development activities through data collection, review, and analysis in collaboration with the Management ● Research clients to better connect with them, understand their needs, and identify business opportunities ● Establish, grow, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients, taking ownership over the generation of new business for Yostra ● Assist and support the team through product sales, demos and RFPs ● Work closely with management team to provide analysis and reporting on current and future sales and marketing initiatives ● Provide post-sales support including device deployment, and product training to the customer ● Provide backup technical support for our products. Communicate technical issues with service team ● Attend conference and events to showcase Yostra's products ● To adhere to the formats, templates, CRM and sales tools as mandated by the company
