Lead BMS, SCADA

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of BMS and SCADA systems
• Provide strategic direction for BMS and SCADA initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS and SCADA systems with overall aviation infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to BMS and SCADA systems
• Manage and mentor a team of BMS and SCADA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of BMS and SCADA systems
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex technical issues related to BMS and SCADA systems
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in BMS and SCADA systems
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies for BMS and SCADA systems

Qualifications

Experience

• 15-20 years of experience in the Aviation industry
• Demonstrated track record of success in leading BMS and SCADA functions
• Proven experience in managing complex systems within aviation infrastructure

 

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
