Associate Manager

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in the copper industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into the overall operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of mechanical equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of mechanical systems.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards while overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
  • Optimize mechanical processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovative mechanical solutions.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and technical specifications related to mechanical systems and components.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in all mechanical engineering activities.

Qualifications

Experience

4-16 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the copper industry.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Certification Required

Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
