Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Individual Client Revenue Target:
● Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets set by the company through effective client acquisition and management.
Client Research:
● Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
● Understand client needs and challenges to tailor solutions accordingly.
Networking and Relationship Building:
● Proactively find potential connections and key decision-makers within target client organizations.
● Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Strategy Development:
● Create and implement effective strategies to engage new clients and expand the company's business reach.
● Work closely with the Senior Associates to align outreach efforts with brand positioning.
Training and Development:
● Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the company’s products and services.
● Share insights and knowledge with team members to support collective goals.
Client Feedback Analysis:
● Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement.
● Provide suggestions for product enhancements based on client insights.
Skills and Competencies Development:
● Continuously enhance personal skills and competencies in marketing, negotiation, and business development.
● Stay updated with industry trends and developments to offer relevant insights to clients.
Documentation and Reporting:
● Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, agreements, and feedback.
● Prepare detailed reports on sales progress and provide regular updates to management.
Product Platform Understanding:
● Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and platforms to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
● Be able to troubleshoot and address client queries related to the product.
Client Closures:
● Lead the process from initial contact to closing the deal.
● Ensure all contracts and agreements are in place and adhere to company policies.
Key Skills and Competencies:

● 0-2years of experience in Business development.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical users.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Basic proficiency in MS Office, and adaptability to new tools and processes.
● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude.
