Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers for online purchase of health insurance plans telephonically.
• Pitching best suited insurance plans to the customers
• Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.
• Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and proper follow ups
• Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customers might have.
• Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls

Requirements:

• 9 + months of experience in telesales
• Min. Education: 12th Pass

Skills:

• Should be well versed with written and verbal english
• Should have strong convincing power.
• Industry Experience will be preferred
