We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution team. As an Administrative Support colleague, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities. Your primary responsibility will be to support our operations by performing technical, administrative, or operational tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities in accordance with established procedures and guidelines* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency * Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping * Provide support to colleagues and supervisors as needed * Apply standardized work routines and methods to complete tasks* Exercise judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred* 1-2 years of experience in a related administrative or operational role * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic knowledge of standardized work routines and methods* Familiarity with inventory management and logistics principles * Ability to learn and apply new skills and knowledge as needed **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
