Office Administrator – Immigration Assistant
Job description
Heyram Consulting is a Canadian Immigration firm specializing in providing comprehensive immigration solutions to individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our clients' immigration journeys.
Position will be Full-Time; Duties include the following but not limited to:
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
• Record keeping of immigration files.
• Keep track on the progress of immigration applications in process.
• Maintain and update client’s database, organize and maintain client files and records.
• Visa filing.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
• Must be comfortable in the night shift.
• Must have a laptop and a strong Wi-Fi connection.
• Initially work from home.
• Willingly to relocate.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Experience in Canada Immigration consulting department will be asset.
*Must Have Laptop and Wifi Connection
*Work schedule involves rotating shifts.
*Please note that the selected candidate may be required to join the office in the future.
