Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting products and services to potential customers within an assigned territory. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking within the designated region.
  • Generate new leads and build a solid pipeline for future sales.
  • Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and increase upsell opportunities.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitors' activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, product improvements, and market opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales activities, targets, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in CRM systems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the internal team, including product managers and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to help develop and execute sales campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated sales region.
